We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

LEGAL BABY provides music distribution, promotion, and artist services to independent artists and rights holders.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you submit, including music, artwork, and metadata.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information current.

Any content containing unlicensed samples, unauthorized covers, or infringing material may be removed without notice.

You retain full ownership of your original content. LEGAL BABY does not claim ownership of any music, artwork, or other materials you submit.

By using our services, you grant LEGAL BABY a non-exclusive license to distribute, promote, and display your content on third-party platforms as part of our distribution services.

This license is limited to the scope necessary to provide our services and does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property.

LEGAL BABY reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke access to the platform at our sole discretion.

We may refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content that violates these terms or is deemed harmful to the platform or its users.

Access to early access programs, beta features, or premium services may be limited based on eligibility criteria determined by LEGAL BABY.

Artists receive 70% of streaming revenue generated by their content distributed through LEGAL BABY.

Earnings are calculated based on data provided by streaming platforms and are paid on a quarterly basis.

LEGAL BABY is not responsible for discrepancies in streaming data reported by third-party platforms.

Minimum payout thresholds may apply. Unclaimed earnings may be subject to dormancy policies after extended periods of inactivity.

LEGAL BABY provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to LEGAL BABY in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or opportunities resulting from platform downtime, technical issues, or third-party actions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LEGAL BABY, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

This includes claims related to copyright infringement, content disputes, or breach of your representations and warranties.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your content will be removed from distribution platforms according to their respective takedown timelines.

Any outstanding earnings at the time of termination will be paid according to our standard payment schedule, subject to minimum payout thresholds.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the appropriate jurisdiction.
